For the second time in a year, an Ottawa tow truck driver has been charged with criminal harassment of an OPP officer at collision scenes.
Ottawa police said Friday the 34-year-old man has been charged with criminal harassment and intimidation of an OPP officer.

A police spokesperson said the alleged offences, which also included three counts of breech of an undertaking, occurred between February, 2020 and January this year.
The accused was to appear in court Friday.
On Feb. 19, 2020, the OPP announced that a 33-year-old tow truck operator was charged with four counts of criminal harassment and three counts of uttering threats to an Ottawa OPP officer.
The Ottawa police spokesperson would only confirm that it was the same individual.
