Ottawa police have charged a 21-year-old woman and are seeking a 30-year-old man in connection with a Dalhousie Street shooting Feb. 11 in which a 65-year-old man was wounded.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Jama Roble of Ottawa.

He is described as Black, six feet one inches (185 cm) tall, weighing 214 pounds (97 kg), with black hair.
Police describe Roble as “armed and dangerous.” People are advised not to approach him and to call 911 immediately.
Zynab Ahmed has been charged with robbery using a firearm and aggravated assault, along with other charges in connection with the incident.
She has been released on conditions and is to appear again in court on March 30.
The shooting, which police described as a “targeted incident,” occurred on busy Dalhousie Street near Besserer Street in mid-afternoon Feb. 11.
The victim suffered serious, but not life-threatening injuries, police said.
